IROC 102 is an all rock Internet radio station owned and operated by Open Mic Productions and is part of the Open Mic Radio Network. Some of the features of this site include live streaming audio, chat room, password protected member area and registration system, embedded Amazon store for selling music, link to a third party shopping cart for selling IROC 102 merchandise, and a Rolling Stone Magazine RSS feed in the members area. Anticipated future enhancements include a live streaming Web cam feed.
Little People of America (LPA) is the largest non-profit organization in the world designed to provide information, education, social interaction, and support to people with one of 200 medical conditions, broadly classified as dwarfism, their families, and medical professionals who specialize in treating these medical conditions. LPA consist 14 regional districts bound together by a single national organization, which spans all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. LPA assists with the formation of similar organizations throughout the world. District 8 is the regional district of LPA, which covers Louisiana and most of Texas. District 8 includes 5 local chapters based in New Orleans, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and West Texas.
First Presbyterian Church is a small Presbyterian church, which is characterized by its family-oriented congregation, non-formal atmosphere, and frequent fellowship gatherings. A unique feature of the church building is its stained glass rose window at the front of the sanctuary, in which each part of the window has a symbolic meaning.
